Terms & Conditions

We require adequate space to setup- we will provide scale plans of our site footprint, and it is the responsibility of client to ensure this will be available

We will require at least 1 day access to site before gate opens, ideally 2 days. And we require same amount of time to tat down after event closes. Legally we need this time for crew to rest.

As a solar powered venue we require an area away from large trees etc.

If we require a deposit, this must be payed before the date is reserved in our calender.

Full payment must be made before event close. We will not leave site without full payment. Cash, BACS/ bank transfer only please, cheques are no longer acceptable anywhere else, so we wont accept them either.

If applicable, links to our website should be added to event website/ flyers etc.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from our area who breaks the following conditions:

-Causing damage to any kaplick property

-Violence towards anyone in the space- physical or verbal

-People caught stealing or entering our vehicles without permission.

We also stipulate that onsite security are breifed that our backstage area is our home and is out of bounds to anyone including themselves without prior permission from us.

By booking Kaplick solar stage you therefore agree to these terms & conditions.

Breaching these conditions may result in us closing the stage, and full fee still being billed.
